Creative baking

I still have a long way to go before I can support myself financially through art, but I can do it through baking. Luckily there are ways for me to merge the two. These are some mini chocolate mousse pies that I made for Pi Day at The Treats Truck Stop Cafe. I made everything that goes into the pie: crust, mousse, whipped cream-even the chocolate pi signs! And of course I have to say that this wouldn’t have been so beautiful without the art direction of Andi Carpenter.
